Our biggest community event, affectionately called "Pasta Dinner", includes carnival games, spaghetti dinner, Wine Wall, basket raffle, and online auction. This fun event will take place on May 16, 2025.
This event is entirely volunteer-run, and we need your help!
Please consider helping out, or better yet, teaming up with a friend/s to help out. In particular, we need help with the following:
* Carnival Committee-- organize volunteers to run carnival games, order prizes, reserve bounce houses & photo booth.
* Auction Committee -- gather donations from local businesses, maintain online auction website.
* Wine Wall -- organize an event favorite! Gather wine donations from local stores, wineries and individuals. Host a Wine Wall Party (in-person, Zoom or hybrid) to raffle off bottles of wine for ticket buyers.
If you've never helped at an event before, never fear! Not only do we have to-do lists and notes from previous years, but those of us who have volunteered in the past are here to help!
