Calling all Bakers!

PTA is hosting a Conference Week Cookie Bar, to show our appreciation to our teachers! Bring a dish/box/crate of your favorite cookies. Teachers will fill boxes with their choice of cookies for a delicious treat. Bring your cookies to the office, morning of March 12.

RCSD Board Meeting

Each year, every school in RCSD presents an annual report to the RCSD Board. Principal Knopf will be making her presentation next Wednesday, 3/12. The meeting is open to anyone -- go support Henry Ford and hear about all that our school has accomplished!

Dine Out @ Sushi Plus & Corner Table

Save the date... our next Dine Out Fundraiser will be at Sushi Plus and Corner Table, just down the road from school!

Support local restaurants, take a break from cooking, AND raise money for our school!

Save the Date -- Color Run!

Mark your calendars -- the Henry Ford Color Run will take place on Saturday, April 26 at 9am.

This event promises to be lots of fun for the entire family, complete with a Pancake Breakfast hosted by the Dad's Club!

Pasta Dinner

Our biggest community event, affectionately called "Pasta Dinner", includes carnival games, spaghetti dinner, Wine Wall, basket raffle, and online auction. This fun event will take place on May 16, 2025.

This event is entirely volunteer-run, and we need your help!

* Auction -- everyone can help! Reach out to a favorite local businesses for donations for their support. Take this donation letter with you and ask them for a donation. Email auction@henryfordpta.org once you have a donation for us so we can keep track. You can also host an event/experience for children or parents to attend. Families will bid on a spot to attend your event. These are always popular auction items!

* Wine Wall -- organize an event favorite! Gather wine donations from local stores, wineries and individuals. Host a Wine Wall Party (in-person, Zoom or hybrid) to raffle off bottles of wine for ticket buyers.

Direct Donation Drive

The PTA funds many programs that our children benefit from every day, and we need your support. Programs such as PE, music, art, field trips, and so much more are funded through the PTA.

Any donation amount is appreciated to meet our funding goals for the school year -- no donation amount is too small! All donations are tax deductible.

Ways to donate:

ONLINE via Credit Card: Click HERE

IN-PERSON: Make checks out to Henry Ford PTA. Cash and Check donations can be delivered to the school office addressed to "PTA Direct Donations".

CORPORATE GIFT MATCHING: Don't forget corporate gift matching! Please email officers@henryfordpta.org if you plan to submit your donation for matching. If you don't know if your company matches, just ask!
