Pasta Dinner, Carnival & Fundraiser

Date: Friday, May 17th from 5-8 pm

Enjoy a fun evening hosted by the PTA, including carnival games, pasta dinner, and a chance to win amazing prizes at our online auction and in-person basket raffle!

Pre-ordered items will be at the Will Call table

 

Dinner tickets: please order on-line.  There will be a LIMITED number of dinner tickets sold at the event.

 

Game Wristbands & Tickets: Wristbands available to preorder online for $20.  Single game tickets ($1 each) and wristbands (unlimited games, $25 at the event) will be sold at the event.  

 

Raffle tickets: Order online, or buy at the event.  Check out the auction site for a preview of all the baskets.  These baskets will be raffled off at the event (you do not need to be present to win).

 

Wine Wall tickets: only available on-line.  Limit 3.  These go fast, so buy your tickets early!

Presale Tickets - dinner and games

Don't wait in line at the door.  Purchase your tickets in advance and pick up at "Will Call" at the event.  Take advantage of early bird pricing for games and dinner, purchase your tickets by May 14.

 

Dinner will be hosted in the Multi Use Building with the help of our amazing teachers & our 5th Grade Pasta Pals!  Dinner Price includes choice of pasta, dinner roll, salad, drink and dessert. 

If you choose to buy at the event, dinner price goes up to $18 (adult) and $12 (child) and LIMITED QUANTITIES WILL BE AVAILABLE! 

 

The wristband allows you to play unlimited games, all evening!  You may also purchase individual game tickets (most games are ONE ticket, some are TWO) at the event.  Wristband prices will go up to $25 at the door, so buy now to save!

Pick up pre-sold tickets at "Will Call" at the event, and check out all the raffle items on display.  Winners will be announced at the end of the event (you do not need to be present to win), and we will arrange for pick-up.

Wine Wall

Each $25 wine raffle ticket guarantees a bottle of wine.  These wines range in value from $20 up to $400!! 

Every bottle is donated, so every ticket sold goes right back to our PTA and our children!

 

After we have sold all available tickets, all Wine Wall ticket holders will be invited to attend an online Wine Raffle, which will take place on a night after the event.  Using a random name generator, each participant will win a bottle of wine!  Pick-up will be arranged. 

 

Since the number of participants has to equal the number of bottles donated, we are always looking for more wine donations so more people can participate.  For this reason, we are limiting sales to 3 tickets per person.  If you have a bottle (or more!) to donate, or know of a business or individual who may donate, please contact us at volunteer@henryfordpta.org
